 Death Benefits Resources......

 We would first like to express our condolences for your loss.  There are a number of Benefits that may or may not be available to you by contacting the list of resources below:

 

Upon the death of a family member that is a Granite School District Employee and a member of the Granite Education Support Professional Association the following information has been compiled for the purpose to help the bereaved family members.

 

Most of these policies will need a death certificate.  So be sure to order enough.

  benefit, and Welfare Program.

You can report the death to a service representative by calling our toll-free number, 1-800-772-1213, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on business days. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call our toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on business days. Whenever you call, have the deceased person's Social Security number handy.
