Outstanding Employee Nomination Form

The Granite Educational Support Professionals Awards Committee is accepting nominations for the 2006-2007 (ESP)  Employees of the Month Awards. This award gives special recognition to Educational Support Professionals who have made an outstanding contribution to Granite School District. The nominees will be recognized and the award will be presented by a member of the committee each month.

The criteria for the award includes:

• ·         ESPs in a contract or hourly position (Granite School District)

• ·         Must be a member of the Granite Educational Support Professionals Association

• ·         Performance beyond normal expectations

• ·         Leadership and team support

• ·         Level of professionalism

• ·         Special achievements

This program recognizes employees from the following departments: Custodial, Maintenance, Food Service, Transportation, Technology, Secretarial, Para Professionals, Hourly, Police, and Warehouse.
